For some reason, keywords of more than 4 words show “no search results found”. More than 4 keywords on prior version worked just fine. Does this mean that from here on we will be limited to only 4 search words?

Thanks for the report. Can you give us an example of a search that is failing?

All of the following show "No search results found" whereas I never had this issue with the prior version of the app: 1) pre-prohibition los angeles bottle 2) antique los angeles mission shot glass 3) antique los angeles advertising shot glass 4) antique los angeles wine beer jug 5) pre-prohibition los angeles shot glass. Thank you and I hope you have a good explanation.

Thanks for these examples. I was trying to reproduce this on the apps and the desktop they both come up with no results with those keywords but offer results with fewer keywords. Are you sure there are items that match all the keywords?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, those examples of more than 4 words have been working just fine for years and as recently as the prior version 5.21. Now on v 5.22.0 they show “no results”. So obviously there is something in 5.22.0 that is creating this problem. And I can successfully get searches with all these examples on my desktop. So it appears this is an iPhone app only issue. If you can’t resolve this issue, is there any way for me to get v 5.21 back on my iPhone? If so, would you please furnish me the steps to do so. Thanks again.

Can you post a screen shot of it working on your desktop? I cannot get it to work on the desktop and would like to compare. Could you also post one of the app too? Does it say no results but finds some results with fewer keywords? Or none at all.

Received “undeliverable” notice Delivery Status Notification (Failure) message. Now what? Is there any way we can phone chat as all these back and forth communications are getting way out of hand? I will ask once again, is there any way I can download the prior eBay iPhone app (v 5.21xxx) to my iPhone? I didn’t have this issue at all on that version. If so, would you please give me detailed instructions on how to do so. Thank you.
