Item description not loading

When I try to open a description of an item on the ebay app to read it, it never loads - just blank white space. Sometimes it will say its loading but never does.

I only used to have this problem sometimes but always does it now. Please can this be sorted??

Hi @tomdav97! Has it been a while since you last restarted the app? If so, will you try uninstalling it, restarting your device, then reinstalling it and see if that helps? Let me know if you're still running into this after that and I'll make sure the mobile team knows.

Thanks for giving that a try @tomdav97. I've passed this on to the mobile team and they're taking a closer look.

I work on an IPad using Chrome and can not add description text. Whatever I type is replaced by the top 80 character header. Also, have tried revising listing from a laptop.

I will go to library and see if I can revise that field that way. Maybe, it would populate if every listing was started from scratch but motivation to spend even more time adding details is pretty low.
