In-App Notifications Not Showing

I'll get notifications sent to my phone, and when I open the app, it shows the red notification icon next to the Notifications tab, but when I click into it, it tells me I am all caught up.

Make sure your OS and eBay app are both updated to the latest versions. If you still experience the issue after that, come back and let us know.

Which phone, version of Andriod or iOS, and version of the eBay app are you using @quik-cards ?

Same problem here, no notifications are coming through

I came to ask the same thing. I have 2 IOS devices and both aren’t allowing me to see the 20 red notifications. It just says all caught up. I’ve reinstalled and restarted my phones.

I called in to customer service support the other day. This is a big problem and was told that it’s being looked at. Not sure if anyone has a way around this, but it certainly is an inconvenience and if anyone has a solution please help.

I have the same issue. It's more than likely a glitch which Ebay needs to fix.

Same no phone notifications coming through, just updated the app, hopefully that helps.
