Every time I click on the feedback link next to a buyer's / seller's username, it takes me to a blank page. When I try to refresh the page, it's still blank.

I gave the UPS Package to USPS, so the package has not been shown as delivered on eBay. I have sent two emails to the buyer, but he has not replied. Today I returned the money, can the shipping fee be refunded to me?
