Did you ever figure out how to fix this problem? I’m currently experiencing the very same issue.
I use the iOS version of the eBay app every single day. I’ve literally spent MONTHS compiling 50 separate custom watchlists containing more than 1,000 items in various custom-made categories. And then sometime yesterday those custom lists all just suddenly disappeared. The feature itself is suddenly just completely gone. It no longer exists in the iOS app. Only the standard Watchlist remains.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve signed out and back in several times. Clearly there has been some kind of update made to the app because the Classic View option in Messages is also gone.
But where are the Custom Lists I’ve been working on for months? They also don’t appear anywhere on the website when using a browser.
So. What happened to them?
