Are you using the App? Try a desk top maybe? I don't know if that will help or not but can't hurt to try 🙂

my too dont have option from today i ask my friend and his account too dont have option also chat option is disabled

no chat not call us back from today, yesterday was fine, my friend account same thing he told me

they turn off chat and call back because of problem with workers probably covid
