I see the feedback. So it looks like a seller sent you positive feedback and a note explaining the mix up (wrong wording)
Tbh I would not worry about it, it is a positive and that is all that matters, worst case, the seller was nice enough to clarify if anyone saw it. And no, positive feedback cannot be edited or removed (negative only)

@ronviol0 Hmmm, that's interesting. Sellers are only allowed to leave positive feedback for buyers and it is against policy for a seller to leave a green "positive" but use negative wording. So I do believe you can get this removed. You need to contact eBay using Facebook. Go to eBayforBusiness on Facebook and send a message explaining that the seller left a negative comment under a positive for you as a buyer. Make sure you do this during regular business hours and you should be able to get this removed. Best of luck to you....

It's removable, but that one I'd just leave. It doesn't draw attention and doesn't hurt your percentage. But that's just me.
