You allow buyers to make negative things up about the seller. Horrible system and you’re hurting your own sales. Your appeal process is even worse. Wonder what types of Humans you have reviewing those.

When you post here, you're not addressing eBay or its employees. These Boards are made up of fellow buyers and sellers who donate their time here to help others who have issues. And, in general, no one from eBay reviews FB. You did receive a pretty nasty FB. The part about it being left on the lawn upside down was obviously not your fault, but the packaging and wrapping complaint seems pretty serious if it's actually true. You, the seller are allowed to respond to FB, but, in this case, I'd let it go unless you want to apologize to the buyer.
Again, we're all just buyers and sellers. None of us are responsible for allowing ANYTHING.

@jimz5574 I have no clue who this "You" is that you are addressing but I am not it,
When you post in this forum you are addressing fellow eBay buyers and sellers.
Feedback is the opinion of a buyer's experience when purchasing from a seller. How is eBay going to stop a buyer from posting about their experience with you and tell whether or not they are telling the truth?
You could submit a feedback removal request, but it may not be removed as it doesn't violate eBay policy. Requesting a removal of feedback would be the only time feedback is ever reviewed.
