Error when trying to revise listing

Hi! So this morning I decided I was going to drop the price of a few items (pokemon cards) to encourage sales. When I tap revise (on mobile) it gives me an error stating: "Items in this category cannot be listed in the app. Please go to website to list your item."

I've revised this listing multiple times with the app and never had a problem. What the hell is going on here?

Go to your desktop and make revisions there, your current ebay app may need to be updated. (I'm even having some trouble with the forum app)

I don`t know if the issue is related but I went in to revise an active listing this morning on my PC and it removed all my item specifics and wanted me to re-enter them so I hit the back button. I`ll re-enter item specifics when pigs fly or when ebay starts paying me a rework fee.

I am facing the same problem when I got to revise and item or relist an item the description is completely gone. It is so time consuming to re do the whole description. I guess, I am going to have to save all my descriptions on separate documents. PLEASE FIX THIS. I am a long time eBay user and this is really getting annoying. A lot of my pieces take research and have to give detailed descriptions. What is going on? I am seeing that others are having this problem.
