Error when listing

For the past week I have been trying to list an item Everytime I click the "list it button" it opens a webpage with to the image attached. I then tried on the desktop site still this webpage opens, "http://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbay&CurrentPage=MyeBayError&gbh=1"

I don't know what to do.

Thanks for the post. Can you please post a screen shot of the button you are tapping before you get to this screen?
