How can this get fixed so that I don’t have to reload multiple times so that I can check on my purchases???

Yeah it’s the most frustrating thing ever eBay which is a multibillion dollar company can’t seem to get this iOS mobile app issue figured out and fixed I’ve been dealing with it for over a year now!
only thing that I can do to fix this is to go through and delete hundreds of previous purchases it seems like when it reaches 500 purchases it starts doing it is at the same for you?
I do not use a computer only the mobile app and I need my tracking numbers from the purchase history and it totally waste hours of my time every week dealing with this issue

Any updates on this this is getting too frustrating I’ve been dealing with this for months and months now it’s like the app can’t handle loading purchase history if you have more than 500 items in your history

I keep getting the same error message. Can view sometimes if I go to internet browser instead of using the app.

I had the same problems after I had tried to login to my account on my business mobile.
After a lot of trial and error, what did the trick for me was deactivating the two-step authentification and reactivating it ... But I switched the method from app push notification to text message ...
