My mobile app changed months ago to a far more user friendly one which was easier to list on and I could upload multiple photos at once. Now it has gone back to the original one. Two of my friends have only ever had the old style one though and not seen the one I had. Has anyone else had this? I ran an upgrade on my phone at the weekend and it has been since then.

There are two listing tools in the app, if you want to get to the newer tool you will need to switch to the Quick Listing Tool on the site. Once you switch on the site you will then get the Quick Listing Tool in the app.

Then click the switch to Quick Listing Tool, your app should then switch to the new tool.

Hi thank you so much for your help.

I did this and switched it to quick listing on the site on my computer but the one on the app looks exactly the same. I even uninstalled and installed again but no luck.

I am starting to think I dreamt the one I had as two people I have spoken to said they only ever had this unfriendly version where you upload one photo at a time!

Thanks for getting in touch with us. After you make the switch on the site can you start a new listing and send us a screenshot of the screen you are on once you get into the listing form. If you have old drafts those will probably open to the older listing tool in the app.
