Ebay android app

The ebay app won't open. Says update. Can't and won't update even after uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Time to go maybe?

- Requires Android 10 or better
- Requires iOS 17 or better, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app

If you cannot update to a compatible OS then you'll have to access eBay from a web browser on your device and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
