EBay app no longer working on iPad

I have contacted eBay 3 times now on this subject to no avail. The final conversation I asked have other people reported this issue. To be told 'no, I haven't heard of this before'! Obviously by all the previous posts this is totally untrue. EBay you should be ashamed.

Karen just come down, the manager doesn’t wan to deal with you yet. There’s other posts with possible solutions to this problem, you acknowledged these your self, stop complaining and look at the tips on the other posts. To them saying no one reported this you don't know how they men’t no one reported this, they could of been thinking you men’t has anyone reported this on the phone.
