Why can’t the EBAY app on my app page when I have the app?

The latest version of the eBay app requires iOS 11. Older versions may no longer work.

If you are unable to update to iOS 11, try using a browser to go to ebay.com instead.

I’m updated and still the app won’t come ups

What version OS are you using? If iOS 11 or later, try uninstalling the eBay app (if it is still there), restarting your device, and then installing again from the app store.

I have iOS 11 and have had no notice to update.

With iOS11 you should be able to use version 5.38.0 of the eBay app from the app store.

If that is not working, you should be able to use a browser to go to ebay.com instead.
