Checkout error

When I was trying to buy something and when I press pay I got an error and I tried many of my cards and payment methods and it keep saying error

Contact the seller and let him know that you have purchased and that you are trying to pay.

Are you in the same country as the seller? Some sellers restrict where they will ship to.
Then go to bed. He can't ship on Sunday anyway.

Try again tomorrow morning.

I can NOT pay either with an up-to-date debit card. Tried 5 times in the last 2 days (OCT 4th & 5th, 2020) Very frustrating. How do you contact eBay to report this issue? An eBay search really is no help at all. Does eBay customer service reply to these forum messages? Can someone help please? Thanks.
