Cannot update app!

I opened my eBay account, but it says I need to update the app. I’m going around and around, will not update. 
I have iPhone 7. I’m in the middle of a sale and have other items listed!! 
I need to send one item in the post, and need the  address and label

printed. NIGHTMARE!!

What can I do???

Go  to eBay.com should work
