Cannot delete items from “Watching” list on iOS app

Since the most recent app update, it is impossible to delete items from the “Watching” list on iOS app version 5.17.0. The following error appears:

“Watch item error

None of the items have been removed from the watch list (Trading.20820)”

This has only been present since updating to app version 5.17.0. Please can you fix this immediately.

This App is going from bad too worse. If it isn’t crashing whenever it wants to it won’t let you delete watched items.  iPad,iPhone whichever iOS device I have it acts just the same.

Quick to charge fees but slow to change errors.

We are aware that some items are resulting in errors when you try to remove them. This will be corrected in the next update. In the meantime, you can remove items by going to the mobile website or desktop site.

This keeps happening now for 3 weeks. I can’t delete from my watch list nor basket.

Same here! I add all the things I want but can’t delete anything. My watch list is getting cluttered which makes it hard to find the things I actally want to purchase.

Having problem with deleting from my watch list. Every time I want to delete an item after I click on “delete item” it comes back , it does not erase!

I am using iOS on phone and iPad

Same on my app as well pissing me off you have to go in unwatch then try to delete. Works with some then you refresh and it appears again 😡

I have a small problem: the objects I observe I tried to delete them but it gives me an error (Trading 20820) if something can be done.

I am currently unable to delete active or ended listings from my watch list on the app. When I try to do so, I get a message “Error. Sorry we cannot delete this item right now. Please try again later.” I’ve tried shutting the app down and reopening. Doesn’t fix it. 

I also cannot view my profile on the app. When I click on my profile, I get the spinning circle like its loading but it never does. 

My saved searches are also not updating. I show no updated items in my search titles but I have tons of updated info online. 

This app has only gotten worse and worse over the last couple years. Very frustrating.

Thanks for the report. The deleting of items will be working properly in the next update.

For the saved searches they should be updating as they did previously. If you pull down on the saved search list do they all refresh?

Same thing just happened to me. I received two different error messages.  Hopefully This can be fixed soon. Looks like it’s been an issue for awhile.

I am having the exact same problem with the same error message. I love the app but hopefully this is resolved soon.

Don’t know why but my Watch List will not let me delete items from it! It keeps saying cannot delete items at this time. Try again later. This has been going on for days. I have tried rebooting as well as deleting and reloading the app. Nothing seems to work. 😕
