Cannot List from my Phone since Update

Hello,

I have the IphoneX and since this last update, I have been having a lot of issues when trying to list items to sell my items. The pictures are not uploading either. Also, all the payment options are not saved now and it's a blank screen when I select payment options. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue or do you know how to fix it?
