Cancel order

My problem is when you buy something you wanna cancel it, they don’t give you the right to do it, they have to asked the seller, you cannot force me to keep something that I don’t need to, it’s not good it’s like robbery, you need to fixe it, because if I’m the buyer I decide what a wanna buy or not, if I asked for cancellation you must be able to do it and give my money back. It’s not up to the seller to decide if they gonna cancel it or not.

Then why buy it?

It's up to the seller if they want to cancel the order or not.

If you don't pay for the item you buy, they can open an unpaid item dispute.
