Can't play Sound clips Android

Hi. I used to be able to play sound clips on my samsungs7edge mobile phone but I can't anymore.

I like to here the actual sound from vinyl records before I buy them.

Any ideas please.

Can you please post an item that has a sound clip that you are unable to play and we can look into this.
