I keep getting a message indicating I haven’t updated my account info. I’ve already added my bank account. What else do I need to do and where do I find it?

Does the message mention managed payments at all ? eBay are trying to switch all (most) sellers to MP by the end of 2021 I believe

You have to be approved first, meaning the bank account specifics have to be approved. Wait until tomorrow and use the chat option to contact eBay. During regular business hours they will answer you quickly and get someone on your case to approve your account settings. Then you can start selling. Best of luck to you....
