Can’t complete registration

I have setup an account through google. When I try to list an item for sale, it tells me it needs more info from me and takes me to a screen to enter my address. When I select Canada from the drop down it immediately redirects me to “register” and takes me to a new login screen. The option to select “sign in with google” is there, but it doesn’t work. Nothing happens when I click it. Nothing else loads. I just stay on that page stuck. These has happened 4 consecutive times...  I can’t get past it to list anything. Please advise.  I’ve included the path screenshots.

You have to register as a seller in order to sell items. You need to provide all the information. Once you have done that, you can log in through Google if you want, but you need to complete registration first.

This account was registered on eBay USA. If you're in Canada, you need to go to eBay Canada and register an account there. www.en.ebay.ca  

You will be able to enter an address in Canada on that website. Then you can set up your seller account. Here's how:
