Buyer receive problems

For my selling item Number 224105543607

package was arrived on time in the   
Building. Because no company name provided from buyer, and buyer did not go empty office pickup package more then a month. Building manager thrown the package away. Say Because it was perishable. 
I received full email communication buyer with Building manager.  From buyer yesterday.

Please let me know if your need copy of Email.

If you provided tracking that shows it 'Delivered', you've done your part as a seller.

If you didn't provide tracking, eBay probably won't consider communications from the building manager.

Afterthought... did your buyer open a case that you need to respond to?
