Hello,
I have a bug on the app (Android / Galaxy A10).
In "Settings" > "Connection and Security":
When I click, the item "Connect with the ebay app" disappears after a quarter of a second, so I can't click on it.
It's a problem because, if I understood correctly, I need this operation to have the necessary information to synchronize my Prestashop store.

Clarification:
I followed the recommendations seen on another post:
I uninstalled the app, changed my password then reinstalled the app. And the problem remains.

Hi @lavalliere-et-petits-pois! I've let the mobile team know what's going on and they're going to look into this further, but they did have a few questions for you:
Is your phone connected to a computer via a USB cable?
If yes: unplug your device from the computer while you complete the desired action.
If no: are you using a screen recording app?
If yes: you’ll need to stop using the screen recorder while you complete the desired action.
If no: are you using any 3rd party apps to control screen brightness/color/etc.?
If yes: you will need to disable them while you complete the desired action.

=> No, not that I know. I've never installed one. Is it possible that it is already installed initially?
Do you use third party apps to control brightness/color/etc. of the screen?
=> No
I tested yesterday the app on a tablet (tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 10.4) and I have the same problem.
