The 'little robot” that you are referring to is actually quite big. Everyone calls him Gort and he kinda 'does his own thing' (if you know what I mean).
We've thought about talking to him in the past, but he's not really receptive to constructive criticism and there are those who might say that he has 'anger issues.'
As of this date, no one has been willing to actually confront him about his lack of 'people skills,' but that could actually turn into an asset for the company.
Management has offered him for a promotion. He would be the head of our Complaint department.
