App update

I am unable to update the app on my phone! I have tried everything! Is there any person...who is not a robot....who can assist me to get back onto my Ebay account?

@donnaosborne_65 What operating system are you using?

For iOS 16 or later and Android 10 or later, follow the instructions here: How to update your eBay app

For older systems running iOS 15 or Android 9 or earlier, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

Thank u for your quick reply. I really appreciate it! I'm on an older phone,so I guess deleting the app & going on2 a browser is probably my best bet!
