@bjfont01 As an iPhone 7 user you won't be able to update past iOS 15 so you'll have to use the phone's web browser.

How to update your eBay app
Requires Android 10 or better
Requires iOS 17 or better, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app
If you cannot update to a compatible OS then you'll have to access eBay from a web browser on your device and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
