The app wouldn’t open and kept crashing so I deleted the app and have been trying to download it again from the App Store but it won’t download

The eBay app requires iOS 11 and higher. If your devices are on IOS 11 please uninstall, restart your device and reinstall.
If you have items you are bidding on and cannot get the app to install visit www.ebay.com in safari.

Same issue, only happened this morning. Deleted eBay, tried to reinstall from iCloud, no response. Cannot reinstall from App Store as goes to iCloud.

I have version 13.1.3 and cannot reinstall. Very frustrating

Problem solved, you have to turn off the iPad, restart and authenticate! Then reinstall and it downloads, just needs logging in then to restore history.

My iPad 2nd generation is on ios9 and shows no other iOS available
