App not working properly

I have not been able to start a new listing normally. I have to open it and then close the app. Then I have to open my drafts and click on the listing in drafts. If I don’t do it this way, a swirl just keeps rotating on the screen and it won’t open.
Very frustrating and time consuming. App is up to date.
