App not loading photos

Is anyone having issues adding pictures from your library to a new listing? Since I updated the APP yesterday, I can no longer add pictures from my iPhone library.

i have allowed full access to my photos, turned the phone on and off, and still no joy

Delete the app, reboot phone, then do a clean app install.

If you still have problems after that, submit a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.

If necessary you can log in to the website from your phone's browser to upload pics.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.
