This issue only seems to occur on the IOS app when you change postage on an item you’re selling to “Letter 250g or less” and then the app cycles with the loading icon and it gets stuck. Every single time, even after logging out, force closing the app, restarting your phone - that particular item to select seems to have an error of being able to load on the app at all, but you can do it through the desktop version on pc.
