If you are using Android 6 or later, you should be able to use the latest version of the eBay app.

If you are using Android 6 and the latest version of the eBay app is not working for you, try uninstalling the app, restarting your device and then installing again from the Google Play Store.

If you continue to have difficulty with the eBay app, you can use a browser to go to ebay.com as an alternative.

Running Android 10. Have re-installed the app twice and re-booting. I can not change any thing on the shipping details. The weight the type of shipping no nothing. I can change the amount but it reverted back to the prior setting.
