Access Issues with Promoted Listings

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an access issue I have been experiencing with the Promoted Listings feature in my eBay account.
As an active and consistent eBay seller since 1998, I have not encountered any issues with my account standings. However, I have been unable to access the Promoted Listings link for several weeks. Each time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error message:
"Service Unavailable - DNS failure. The server is temporarily unable to service your request." I have attempted to access this feature from many different browsers and also through phone app with no success
Your guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.
