Hello, in android 11 app no work view message , all folder are empty. Else in Web site are present message. Is possible resolve problems. Thk

Are you sure you are signed in to the same account using the eBay app?

Check to make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app; I believe it is 6.19.0.3.

Otherwise, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and installing the latest version from the Google Play Store.
