New app:
Can upload multiple photos now. Thank you
1)Cropping takes more steps.
2)No photo lighting adjustments available.
3)There is no selection for length of listing - no "til cancelled" or "30 days" - none.
4)No choice for international or USA only shipping
When will this be fixed? Right now I am creating listing on phone and then going to pc to finish, takes more time!

Sales and bid notifications are coming through up to 15 minutes late. Samsung Note 8, latest update. Getting a notification that late is pointless, we need them on time, like before the app got updated. You can see this entire page is filled with problems that the new app is causing us. We sellers pay you a LOT of money in fees every month. The least we can have is a functioning app. I don't think that is too much to ask for the $1,200+ I pay you every month. That payment is made on time, I might add. Without any errors....unlike the app.

I don't like it! What's up with GTC only?
When taking the picture, the lighting looks great, but then when saved, it's dark! There's no way of lightening the pictures to the way it looks on the screen before using the image.
What's with the option to have eBay lower the price every 5 days? The button are so small to select that the wrong button can be mistakenly selected.
I can go on and on, but these are the biggest pet peeves I have.

Ebay started this thread, and now hasn't responded to anyone for 3 days. When I called merch support on Friday with app issues, I was assured that ebay had people working through the holiday weekend to fix the ap. (which is still not fixed)
Someone from ebay care to chime in and explain why you stopped responding to us for the past 3 days?

You guys screwed this up so badly that we are thinking of moving to amazon (we sell about 300k a year on ebay) . Youve made it so hard to use a phone to list things that it is totally rediculous. Its so rediculously slow now to relist things on a phone its terrible. You need to fire the Moron that screwed the site up. The ap doesnt work the listing process is now longer. Did you ever ask anyone who actually used the site what we wanted? REVERT BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM IT WORKED JUST FINE. I hate working on this platform noe absolutely terrible.

Issue with AUTO RELIST. I never use auto relist, but the APP loads my listings, and does not ask me if I want to auto relist or not. I ran into this in IOS frequently, and I would post my listing, and then go back and edit, and it would allow me to change it the second time around. This app is not allowing me to change it at all. Not the first time I list, or when I relist.
Also, I can not generate or print shipping labels from the APP. I have to go to my browser to do so. Never really had this problem with IOS.
I just switched from IOS to Android this weekend, so I cant really compare the old APP to the new, but these couple issues seem simple to fix.

Notifications of bids received and items sold are taking anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours to be received on the app. This new update is riddled with bugs. Sellers have been complaining here since Friday. Are you going to respond to us? Fix the issues? Personally, I called on Saturday the 25th, and again on the 1st. I was assured by dedicated anchor merch support that they would respond back to me. As of today, no phone call back. Not even an email. 20 years on ebay, 100% positive feedback, and well over $1k a month in seller fees.......and I feel very ignored the past week. This is affecting my sales. DO SOMETHING.
