The only good thing is the multiple picture upload... other then that horrible... please revert back asap, I hate listing on Amazon but it's my only option right now.

I hate everything about the update. It is far less user friendly. Uploading photos from the gallery is clunky. I can't choose the listing duration. Everything is harder to navigate. Tonight I get an error message when trying to create a new listing or relist an unsold item. Now I'm not expecting to get much listed tomorrow.

I'm still having issues and receiving error messages on new listings and for new fixed price listing, it doesn't give you an option to set the duration of the listing like good til' cancelled, it will only give you the option to set the duration with an auction style listing.

Maybe they are trying to get rid of all Android users.

Ugh I just got off of the phone with Ebay, (which was a waist of time) I listed tons of stuff last night and then today mid-day got the nightmare of an update. I want the old app back...this one stinks. I dont have any option to change the duration of my fixed price listing, just defaultsto 30 days. Among other issues. Customer support is a joke, she told me that if I wanted the options then I need to just use my desktop, what happens if someone doesnt have a desktop??? I hope the Ebay people read these comments and fix it! But I think we are going to be stuck in this bad dream for a while 😤
Thank you for the post. We are curious about your app being defaulting to 30 days. Are you doing sell similar? Starting items from scratch? Could you post a screen shot showing this as the only option so we can investigate.
Thanks

I'm happy about the ability to upload multiple photos at once with the new update, but as of an hour ago it won't let me list anything. I have about 30 seconds when creating a listing before it freezes with a message that says "We're sorry, there was an error".
Thanks for the report. Let us know if this is still happening

I don't understand why we have a pinned post asking for feedback yet we get ZERO answers. At this point I was also at a stand still. Beyound frustrating getting bombarded with the same repetitive errors. Not saving anything I change. Not allowing me to upload photos. Not allowing me to do ANYTHING without error. I managed after a hour to get a post done. Idk how. It was missing the item specifics completety so I couldn't ender Upc or details. Which was prohibiting me on a prior listing. After hours I grabbed my old tablet. Slower and camera is sub par but it actually allowed me access to the right stuff and I listed. Try it temporary . However eBay needs to answer this. It's beyound a couple of bugs. It needs to be removed immediately and sorted out before releasing such a ridiculous bug ridden application to the public. The public that relys on this. The public that makes you money. Shameful. . .
Thank you for the post. Can you let us know if you are still having the same errors today?

One of the biggest downgraded thing about this new update is the inability to edit the item description in HTML as was possible since forever! Very disappointing and incredibly frustrating. Why on earth would this be removed??
Please sort it ASAP eBay!

Another issue. Item specifics are being duplicated

R&D should have ended at the last update. From that point forward nothing but bug fixes and current Android compatibility were necessary. Reinventing the wheel ruined the drive.
