The app is not working at the moment. We can't list any items. It did work earlier today, but it takes longer and does not seem to be an improvement at all .It would be great if we could opt out until you have rsolved all he issues.

I'm happy about the ability to upload multiple photos at once with the new update, but as of an hour ago it won't let me list anything. I have about 30 seconds when creating a listing before it freezes with a message that says "We're sorry, there was an error".

I don't understand why we have a pinned post asking for feedback yet we get ZERO answers. At this point I was also at a stand still. Beyound frustrating getting bombarded with the same repetitive errors. Not saving anything I change. Not allowing me to upload photos. Not allowing me to do ANYTHING without error. I managed after a hour to get a post done. Idk how. It was missing the item specifics completety so I couldn't ender Upc or details. Which was prohibiting me on a prior listing. After hours I grabbed my old tablet. Slower and camera is sub par but it actually allowed me access to the right stuff and I listed. Try it temporary . However eBay needs to answer this. It's beyound a couple of bugs. It needs to be removed immediately and sorted out before releasing such a ridiculous bug ridden application to the public. The public that relys on this. The public that makes you money. Shameful. . .

I'm currently on the phone with customer service and the represenative that I'm speaking with has told me that not many people have notified them regarding this issue so she is generating a help ticket with the support staff so they can look into it. She said to give it 24 hours so they can look into it, she also asked what type of android phone I'm using and it's a Samsung Galaxy S7. While on the phone, I tried revising an existing listing with the new format and I didn't receive any errors when uploading addtional photos, I only receive the errors when I tried to create a new listing, hope that helps.

ebay do you ever test any new "upgrade" before launching it??? Do you enjoy having your sellers test everything for you and have us all frustrated because the so called "upgrade" doesn't work?? Our time is costing us money!! So tired of all the glitches over the past few months. PLEASE get your act together and FIX IT!!!!!

I keep getting error message and closes while I'm uploading photos or trying to write title/description. Had to use classic site which is not user friendly in Android. I give up for today. Have stuff to list, just tired of fighting with it.
