Please upgrade to the latest version that came out around this weekend. This fixes the flashing and crashing you were seeing.

I'm running the very latest version and its glitchly as hell.......flashing screen and crash error reports twice everytime I close the app.........getting pretty close to dumping ebay!

Since the recent software update 8 Feb 2018, I have lost my Ker-Ching cash register sound alert, which I had set for sales and for payments.

It's disappeared completely.

The mobile app was useful to keep me posted on sales happening while I am out and about. Now it is useless to me, as I don't use it to buy or enter my sales. Prefer the full platform for this.

So I may just uninstall the app. I can get a Kerching sound to work on my webmail a/c and I get my emails to my android mobile device. Ebay was marginally faster than email notifications but now that's all on its head.

Crazy that there is no tech team to resolve the glitches and to keep ebayers advised on this discussion board.

Not compatible with galaxy S8 since update when you get a message from seller and click on item it comes up with a white blank screen. Worked OK before update

Ebay doesn't care about its customers. It shows in EVERY CHANGE they have made in their product. Now the app won't run at all on my Kindle Fire. They "advise" he to use the mobile web browser. I "advise" them to DO THE WORK in order to restore the app to functionality on my device.  I am going to place my unfavorable eBay comments on as many venues as I can. I'll use the time I used to spend bidding!

I'm running android 4.4.2. Yet when I d-l eBay from playstotre it says needs to be updated Then I get the "app not comparable message..

The latest version of the eBay app (5.35.5.15) requires Android 5.0 or greater.
