Address issues

Anytime I sell an item: the shipping label ALWAYS uses an old address which I have since deleted a while ago. How is this possible?

Have you updated your address(es) here?

If you already changed your address but this problem still happened, then you should contact Ebay customer service for help.

Try clearing your cache history on you computer. Then go to your account and if your old address is showing make sure the new one is marked as primary. If still on Pay-Pal, do the same there. Do a re-boot and check again. If the old address is there but not marked as primary remove it. Things can get saved on the computer itself and so will revert to that.
