Active list is empty

The app had worked beautifully until this morning when I have been unable to view my active listings, I have two but when I click on them I get the message “You have no active listing”. I am force to use the web and not the app. Please sort it!!

Hi, i was missing items unless i changed the sort by to time ending soonest (i think), but i think the problem was the classified ads that i had listed at the time wasnt allowing the other listings to be shown, i had logged in to someones samsung phone and on the app my listings were there, when he logged into my iphone on the app his listings (no classified ads) showed up however when we logged in using another account with some classified ads it did the same thing and said no active items but worked on a samsung device. Possibly just an iphone app issue, but as soon as my classified ads ended i could view my listings again so definately related to the classified ads

I too have the same issue however I cannot see any active listings on my App although I have 3

It does not show any of my active items when pressing the Active button part of the app. Even though it says I have 5 items for sale. These used to show in a list before updating yesterday. Now it says ‘You do not have any active listings’, even though I do have 5 items for sale

I have exactly the same issue. 5 items for sale, can view under my profile and displayed okay previously, but after updating yesterday to 5.27.0 the Active List is blank, and won't populate.

If you have a classified auto listing in your list the rest of the list will not show. We are looking into this.

I do have a Classified Ad in there too...are you working to get this fixed or are you just ‘looking into it’?

So I had a 16 active items, one of which was a classified ad. I’ve just ended the classified ad early and my other listings are now showing up again.
