Access denied

I have an iPhone which does not have the iOS update required for EBay which means I no longer have access. Please advise

Go to an Apple Store and have an employee help you for free.

I go all the time for free help in Apple Stores.

Need to make an appointment of course and return to store maybe in an hour for free help from the appointment. They are so smart.

I have free insurance on my computer so I am able to call them immediately for a fix on my computer or phone.

Can't get that from other products with insurance.
