-1009 error on opening

Hi, l tried  uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work I have an iPhone 7 Plus but it’s not the phones problem it’s the ebay app.

 When I open the app it starts to load   Then I get an error message saying that I’m not connected to the internet, although l am and  every other app on my phone works perfectly including YouTube.

 Please check the attachment

Can you check under your app settings to make sure Ebay has access to work when on a cellular connection.
