eBay v 5.16.1 does not work on iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 11.1.2

I have eBay v 5.16.1 loaded on my iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 11.1.2 using AT&T LTE cellular connection. When I open the app, I see  a spinning circle. I can tap the bottom icons: Home = spinning circle; Search = spinning circle with "Searching..." underneath; Notifications --> Sign In: username, password, and spinning circle below the right side of the password, where the "Sign In" button was --> Unknown Error (EBNConnector 2). I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the same thing continues to happen.

Thanks for the report. If you switch to WiFi do you still see the same issues?

I love this app but I can't even update on iPhone 6 plus. I can't delete this app either. It's pissing me off coz it just kept on saying update but won't do a thing. HELP!!! Need to check on my orders

Thank you but I still need help in completely deleting this app just because it's annoying to see update pop ups over and over. I use ebay a lot but it's annoying right now because of the inconvenience of updating right now
