app immediately shutting down on startup

Everytime I try to open the app it immediately shuts right back down.I have strong wifi reception.i've tried closing all app processes and deleting app then reinstalling with restart(s).My iPhone is a 6splus w/iOS 10. Any advice or fixes would be amazing.

Can you upgrade to the newest version and let us know if it is still not opening.
