Why does my app on my phone tell me to reset my password everyone time I try to sign in

It’s really starting to get annoying that I can’t sign in to my eBay on the app on my iPhone X. I I get the filling pop up ever single time even after I’ve reset it twice... I can sign in without problem on every other device however I do the bulk of my shopping on my phone and would like to again...

I have iPhone 8 and getting the exact same issue, did you get any assistance??

Thank you for the report. Do you get the same error if you sign in with your email address?

So it works with eBay ID but not my email address
