Cannot access photos

I tried messengering a seller so that I could show him some measurements I took, but when I tried to access my photo library via my device settings, there was no option to allow access. This is the first time this has happened for me, anyone else having this issue?

Go to iPhone settings app and open eBay. For photos select “all photos”. I had this issue too because my toggle was on selected photos. Seems the new iOS update is all about being specific about pricing permissions to photos and other data.

I also cannot access photos on the app when trying to contact a seller. I’m using an iPad Pro, any suggestions????? Please help
