App doesn’t show pictures

Just lately the app has stopped showing all but the main picture. Only showing placeholders for the rest.

It also doesn’t link properly with emails. If you click on an item in an email it opens up the app but doesn’t go to the item clicked on.

Latest iOS in use on iPhone X and latest update of eBay app. App re-installed and phone restarted..still the same.

I get the same issue on iPhone 6 & 7 and when usng Gumtree also...no photos.

Are the images not loading on both wifi and cellular?

if you toggle airplane mode on and then off do the images load?

If you toggle WiFi off and on they do.

still don’t get a link connection from email tho..just say there’s a problem or goes to the last thing you were doing in the app. You have to close and re- open the app. Closing and re-opening doesn’t solve the pictures making up tho.
