After a customer purchased one of my listings, I tried to create a shipping label from the app. When I entered the weight, I entered 0.2 oz. When I clicked "PURCHASE SHIPPING LABEL" I got an error that told me that I needed to enter the weight. I tried again and it didn't work so I gave up. I later realized that I should have entered 2 oz, not 0.2 oz. Once i made this change, I was able to purchase the shipping label.
So, y'all should change the error message to say something more helpful orrr, even better, don't allow decimals in the ounces input.
