Money Back Guarantee is a LIE

I just had an issue with a seller 'antonline', I never received my package and after waiting over 1 week to be able to get 'ebay' to step in to try to get a refund, it took them literally 15 minutes to denied my claim, it took me longer to write an explanation of what had happened.  Then i left a bad review explaining to other buyers what happened and yes ebay removed it.  So i guess is not that guaranteed after all. Way to go ebay on how to lie to buyers.

Same thing here. 2 month and a half for a furniture with missing part to get delivered (with other missing parts), Ebay using the estimates date on the website instead real date of delivery to get out of this. Sending me to Paypal to make them pay. Pure lie
